This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, creating accurate quotes, following up on opportunities, and helping customers find the right Holsag, MityLite, and Bertolini products for their spaces.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Create detailed and accurate quotes based on customer needs, budgets, and product requirements.
  • Follow up on quotes, trade show leads, past customers, and new opportunities to generate sales.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase products, engage with potential customers, and generate leads.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position products effectively.
  • Partner with the sales team and other departments to support customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and organized records in the CRM and operating systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, product needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent MITY Inc. professionally by following company procedures, values, and policies.
  • Take ownership of personal growth, continuous improvement, and finding ways to add value.

What Will Help You Succeed

The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account management role, along with strong communication, organization, follow-through, and business judgment. Experience in sales, manufacturing, worship, non-profit, furniture, or related markets is helpful. Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.

Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable learning CRM and operating systems, and able to travel approximately 10% to 25% based on trade shows, customer opportunities, and business needs. A valid driver’s license and passport are required.

Why Join MITY
