Job description

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our insurance agency in Round Rock. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service to existing clients, managing insurance accounts, assisting with policy needs, and building strong, lasting customer relationships. Experience with commercial insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing insurance clients
  • Assist customers with policy questions, changes, renewals, and service needs
  • Review accounts and identify coverage needs and opportunities
  • Prepare insurance quotes and assist with new business
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policies and account needs
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely and professional service

Requirements
  • Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred
