The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Outside Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Western United States. This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an established territory while expanding market share through direct customer engagement, strategic account development, and channel partner management.

You will represent a highly respected portfolio of environmental monitoring technologies while working alongside experienced applications engineers, product managers, service professionals, and inside sales specialists committed to your success.

Location Requirement:
To best support the territory and customer base, candidates must currently reside in the Los Angeles, California metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.

  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategic plans for sustained success.

  • Recruit, train, and manage channel partners, fostering strong, results-oriented relationships.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and provide data-driven gap analyses to ensure targets are met.

  • Support partners and customers with joint sales calls, training, and application insights.

  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers with End Users, System Integrators, Channel Partners and Stack Testers in your region.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

  • Experience: 10+ years in regional sales management, channel management, or direct sales.

  • Education: Bachelor's or associate degree (or equivalent skills/experience).

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, Spanish is a plus.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, collaborate, and drive complex solutions.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Emissions and Engine Testing markets, system integrators, stack testers and channel partners.
