• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients addressing mental health and substance abuse challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Establish positive and nurturing relationships with clients, maintaining professional boundaries according to clinic policies to foster trust and engagement.
• Monitor client safety and behavior in the therapeutic environment through vigilant awareness, ensuring a secure space for all participating individuals.
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic activities such as hiking, equine therapy, surf therapy, and fitness groups to enhance overall client wellness and community integration.
• Create and maintain a constructive therapeutic community that aligns with the organization's mission and clinical guidelines.
• Lead psycho-educational groups, providing clients with essential skills and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.
• Conduct crisis interventions and management when necessary, utilizing strong clinical judgment to support clients during emergencies.
• Document all therapeutic interactions and group activities accurately, contributing to comprehensive patient records and organizational tracking.
