The role often requires strong project management, communication skills, and knowledge of instructional design principles.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Instructional Design Manager (Remote), and why are they important?

To thrive as an Instructional Design Manager (Remote), you need expertise in curriculum development, adult learning theory, project management, and typically a degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate), learning management systems (LMS), and sometimes certifications like CPLP or ATD are highly valuable.
