We don't just offer jobs-we help you dream big and actually achieve it.
Who We Are
Nytech Heating & Cooling started nearly 24 years ago with just two guys and a couple of vans doing duct work. Since then, we've grown into a market leader dominating the Douglas County area. We've built our reputation on consistency and smart growth:
  • Never had a down year
  • Never laid anyone off
  • Never had to "tighten our belt"

And we're just getting started.
Why Join Nytech?
  • Competitive hourly rate in the $18-$22 range, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
  • Stable, growing company with a proven track record
  • Clear path for advancement in the HVAC field
  • Supportive team environment where everyone contributes
  • Work-life balance that lets you enjoy your time outside of work
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and build a long-term career

What You'll Do
As an Install Helper, you'll support our installation team while building the skills needed for a long-term HVAC career.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
  • Help carry, set, and install equipment and materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate with your team to complete jobs efficiently
  • Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over time
  • Respond to emergency situations with safety as the top priority
  • Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Assist with documentation like work orders and job details
What We're Looking For
You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong desire to grow. You're coachable and open to learning new skills, including cross-training in other trades.
You're a people person with technical curiosity:
You enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, but you're also comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way.
You're ready to work:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift heavy equipment
  • Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions
  • Willing to do physical, hands-on work every day

You take pride in professionalism:
You show up clean, prepared, and safety-focused. You understand that safety isn't optional-it's part of the job.
If you're looking for more than just a job-and want to be part of a company that actually invests in your future-we'd love to meet you.
