This is a versatile field position for someone who is comfortable working at heights and wants to develop skills beyond traditional window cleaning. Depending on experience, training, and the project, technicians may perform everything from ground-level commercial window cleaning to rope-access work on high-rise buildings.

What You May Do

  • High-rise and commercial window cleaning
  • Rope-access window cleaning and exterior building services
  • Water-fed pole window cleaning
  • Traditional interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Exterior dryer vent cleaning
  • Window glazing, sealant, caulking, and related glass work
  • Exterior building inspections and minor repairs
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
  • High dusting and difficult-access cleaning
  • Christmas light installation, maintenance, and removal
  • Permanent lighting installation
  • Lift, ladder, and ground-level work
  • Equipment setup, rigging, jobsite protection, and cleanup

Rope Access Work

Our rope-access technicians work on commercial and high-rise properties where traditional access methods may not be practical. Rope work may include window cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, glazing and sealant work, inspections, repairs, and other exterior building services.

Safety comes before production. Employees are expected to follow company procedures, fall-protection requirements, equipment inspection standards, and site-specific safety plans at all times.

SPRAT/IRATA experience or certification is a major plus, but we are also interested in strong candidates with high-rise, climbing, construction, window cleaning, or related experience who are willing to train.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
  • Professional around customers, tenants, property managers, and other trades
  • Able to work independently and as part of a crew
  • Willing to perform both high-rise and ground-level work
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing Colorado conditions
  • Able to lift and carry equipment and perform physically demanding work
  • Valid driver's license strongly preferred
  • Window cleaning, rope access, glazing, construction, lift operation, or exterior maintenance experience preferred

Pay & Advancement

Starting pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

After successfully completing the probationary employment period with no safety, attendance, conduct, or policy violations, employees may become eligible for our performance-pay program, providing an opportunity to earn more based on productivity, quality, safety, and job performance.

Employees who demonstrate reliability, technical ability, leadership, and excellent safety performance may have opportunities to advance into higher-level technician, rope-access, crew-lead, specialty-service, and management positions.

This Is Not Just a Window Cleaning Job

We're building technicians who can handle multiple exterior building services.

One day may involve high-rise rope-access window cleaning. Another may involve water-fed pole work, dryer vent cleaning, glazing, gutter cleaning, lift work, pressure washing, or installing Christmas lights.

If you enjoy working outdoors, working at heights, learning specialized skills, and seeing the results of your work every day, we'd like to hear from you.
