Installation Project Coordinator
Full-Time | Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Berger Home Services is looking for a confident, highly organized Installation Project Coordinator to join our growing home services company.
This is an important role that requires a strong personality, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, installers, suppliers, and other team members.
Our production department is responsible for helping jobs move smoothly from the time they are sold through installation and completion. We need someone who can stay organized, follow established processes, handle changing priorities, and confidently address issues without becoming overwhelmed.
The right person will be dependable, proactive, comfortable holding others accountable, and eager to learn more about the home services and construction industry.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling and coordinating installation projects
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, job preparation, and project updates
Communicate with installers and crews regarding job details, materials, schedules, and changes
Review job information to make sure measurements, materials, photos, notes, and paperwork are complete
Help prepare daily installation schedules and job packets
Coordinate with suppliers and confirm materials are ordered and available
Track jobs from scheduling through completion
Collect and organize required installation photos and documentation
Identify missing information or potential problems before they delay a job
Update customer records, job notes, schedules, and internal tracking systems
Assist with warranty requests, service issues, and installation follow-up
Help resolve scheduling and production problems professionally
Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
Support the production team with additional tasks as the company grows

Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required:
Home services or construction
Production coordination or dispatching
Scheduling installation or service crews
Customer service
Administrative support
Project coordination
Working with subcontractors, technicians, or field employees
We are willing to train the right person. Industry experience is valuable, but attitude, attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn are even more important.
