Responsibilities

  • Manage installation projects from planning through final completion.

  • Coordinate project schedules, vendors, subcontractors, crews, and material logistics.

  • Oversee daily field operations and monitor job site progress, quality, and safety.

  • Plan and execute projects to maintain schedules and budget requirements.

  • Coordinate with Project Coordinators, sales teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Procure materials and ensure availability for scheduled installations.

  • Review site plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

  • Manage subcontractor and crew performance to meet project expectations.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and schedules.

  • Support process improvements and help develop installation operations as the company grows.

  • Travel to project locations as needed to support installations throughout the region.

Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material logistics in a construction environment.

  • Experience in landscape, hardscape, pool and patio, turf, fencing, playgrounds, parks, or commercial general contracting preferred.
