Job Summary

As a key member of theย Installations & Service team, theย Installations Project Managerย will report to theย Operations Managerย and assume a strategic role in the overallย direction, coordination, implementation,ย andย execution of installationsย ensuring consistency with company standards, commitments,ย and goals.ย 

The Installations Project Managerย is responsible for assisting the Installations & Service team with equipment specifications and ordering, drawings, crew scheduling, etc.ย ย By providing pre-installation andย on siteย management, they contribute to a quality experience and ensure the highest standards of excellence.ย  This requires extensiveย knowledge of the equipment we install as well as what an installation process looks like.ย  As the person that implements shows and designs, the Project Managerย must maintain a good and positive working relationship with the client.ย 

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist with going through quote requirements and specifying, preparing gear lists for ordering

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist with coordination of installation technicians, managing equipment ordering, delivery, and installation

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate with clients, account managers, and technicians

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist the Installations & Service Team, as well as the Operations Manager when not on a specific projectย 

Job Qualifications

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  High level of technical knowledge and service/installation of lighting and rigging systems

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working shows, managing crews, and solving problemsย 

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelorโ€™s Degree in an associated field is preferredย

Compensation
