Your Impact

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on recruiting intelligence, competitive talent analytics, and workforce insights

  • Partner with Recruiting and ES leadership to define metrics, forecast trends, and deliver strategic recommendations that influence hiring decisions at the highest levels of the organization

  • Build and scale analytics infrastructure - including automated data systems, dashboards, and intelligence pipelines that surface competitive signals in real time

  • Drive the vision for agentic analytics workflows - architecting AI-powered tools that crawl data repositories, predict emerging talent trends, and generate tactical, data-backed recommendations before the market catches up

  • Synthesize competitive intelligence from job postings, talent movement, and skills signals across 100+ companies to inform recruiting strategy and role positioning

  • Present to senior leadership with clarity and conviction - translating complex analytics into compelling narratives that shape business direction

  • Champion self-serve analytics so recruiters and partners can move faster and smarter

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce intelligence, or a related field

  • 5+ years managing or leading analytics teams

  • Deep fluency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar), and data modeling

  • Experience building and scaling data pipelines and intelligence systems

  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders through data storytelling

  • Familiarity with talent market analytics, competitive intelligence, or recruiting operations

Preferred

  • Experience applying AI/ML or agentic workflows to analytics use cases

  • Background supporting HR, Recruiting, or Employee Success functions

  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Workday, Gemini, Draup.

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the roadmap is yours to write
