Position Summary:

Slick Blinds is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our Houston, TX team. You will manage inbound sales calls, lead qualification, customer communications from inquiry to order, warranty support, and assist with walk-in customers and administrative office duties. This is a customer-facing, multi-functional role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales & Lead Management

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Handle incoming calls, emails, website inquiries, and referrals.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Qualify and nurture leads using predefined criteria (location, product interest, budget).

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Schedule in-home design consultations and assign to field sales team.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide product info, pricing guidance, and address sales-related inquiries.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย  Enter and maintain accurate CRM records (Bitrix24 or equivalent).

Customer Communication & Order Management
