Job description

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for supporting and growing revenue within a single-family customer network. This role focuses on managing existing accounts, activating new partners, and guiding customers through product selection and ordering to drive continued growth.

The Inside Sales Account Manager serves as a primary point of contact for customers, working closely with internal leadership to support partner success, increase product adoption, and expand sales across a network of contractors and service providers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own assigned accounts: build relationships, uncover opportunities, and close revenue

  • Expand product adoption within partner networks and track new account activation

  • Conduct virtual demos and onboarding; serve as the subject matter expert on cabinet refacing solutions

  • Follow up on leads in coordination with Marketing and the SDR team to convert to revenue

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records (accounts, contacts, opportunities); support forecasting

  • Share customer feedback across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

  • Contribute to team development and align with the Go-to-Market strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in cabinetry or cabinet refacing, kitchen, bath or home renovation.

  • Experience managing accounts and driving revenue in an inside sales or account management role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable on the phone and leading video meetings

  • Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated closer with high integrity

  • Must be located in the Central or Mountain time zone (CST or MST)
