Job Summary
The Inside Sales Assistant is an entry-level position designed to support our Inside and outside sales team. This role focuses on customer service, sales support, and administrative assistance to help ensure smooth daily sales operations. The Inside Sales Assistant plays a key role in delivering excellent customer experience while learning the fundamentals of inside sales in a fast-paced B2B environment.
No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Inside Sales Representatives with daily sales activities
  • Answer inbound calls and support customer inquiries
  • Help prepare quotes and process customer orders
