About your role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships from within the office. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Fiserv's products and services to meet those needs. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Present Fiserv's products and services to potential clients and demonstrate their value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Track sales activities and maintain detailed records.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
