Job Title: Inside Sales Support/Administrative Assistant

Overview:

Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for providing exceptional customer service? Join our team as an Inside Sales Support/Administrative Assistant, where you'll serve as the vital link between our sales team and clients. From answering inquiries to managing orders and providing updates, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Details:

Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with small office environments and administrative tasks.
  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and initiate tasks independently.
  • Comfortable with phone calls, qualifying leads, and assisting in sales.
