Innergy Millwork is commonly used in both residential and commercial construction projects for its long-lasting performance and low-maintenance requirements. The term may also refer to proprietary systems, such as Innergy® by Quanex, which are designed to enhance the thermal performance of window and door frames.

  • Plan & Schedule Work: Develop and oversee installation schedules, coordinate site access, and ensure manpower and logistics are aligned for efficiency.
  • Enforce Safety & SOPs: Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for installations; enforce safety protocols and compliance across all jobsites.
  • Improve Jobsite Efficiency: Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects running smoothly and productively.
  • Communicate & Report: Provide accurate updates to project managers, document site progress/issues, and maintain administrative reporting through Innergy and CG paperwork.
  • Lead the Team: Serve as the on-site leader, representing McKenzie with confidence while communicating clearly with clients, GCs, subs, and internal teams.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience supervising custom millwork installations (residential and/or commercial)
  • Deep knowledge of both architectural millwork and construction practices
  • Strong leadership in coordinating crews and managing subcontractors
  • Assertive, confident, and solutions-oriented with proven problem-solving ability
  • Highly resourceful, adaptable, and skilled in prioritization/time management
  • Exceptional communicator; bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling tools, and field reporting systems

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • PPE required: steel-toe boots, protective eyewear, hearing protection, and hard hat
  • Must adhere to McKenzie's safety standards and protocols

Why Join McKenzie Craft?

  • Lead the Department: Take ownership of the installation team, setting standards and driving performance.
  • High-Profile Work: Deliver one-of-a-kind millwork in luxury residential, hospitality, and landmark projects.
  • Growth Opportunity: Build leadership, technical, and process-driven skills in a collaborative environment.

If you're ready to lead with confidence, drive efficiency, and own the success of our installations, we want to hear from you.
