What You'll Be Doing:

  • The IT Support Specialist II provides day-to-day IT support and contributes to maintaining a secure and compliant environment in alignment with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, and, where applicable, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117). This role focuses on user support, system administration, monitoring, and assisting with implementation of security controls under the direction of senior IT/security personnel.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or junior cybersecurity roles
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Preferred: Systems Technician work: administering mobile device Intune, identity protection systems
  • Experience in a regulated or government contracting environment is a plus
  • CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals or administer certifications is a plus
