Position:IT Support Administrator
Mode of Job: 5 Day Onsite
Location: Draper UTAH

What You Will do
● User lifecycle management through Active Directory and Okta
● Collaborate on handling help desk support issues.
● Configuring corporate workstations for new hires, staff upgrades
● Assist local and remote staff on hardware, software, and networking issues
● Assist in the upkeep of office meeting room technologies (AV)
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects, upgrades, and enhancements
Who You Are
● Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills
● Proficient in documentation and focused on consistent quality support
● Willingness to learn new technologies and services
● Interested in driving automation and taking ownership over SaaS tooling
● Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently from a remote location
What You Have
● 3+ years of experience in Help Desk or above roles
● Working knowledge of Windows (DHCP, DNS, etc.) beyond basic knowledge
● Experience with Windows MDM such as Desktop Central (Manage Engine) or Microsoft Intune
● Experience with a wide range of SaaS products (Okta, Google Suite, Zapier, Jira, Confluence,
etc)
● Foundational industry certifications, such as A+, CCNA, and Security+
● Demonstrates self-management skills while working independently with a remote team.
● Experience with automation/ai is a plus
