We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of Strategic Growth and Partnerships to join our team. This role will serve as a key resource for managed care operations, lead business development initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert for the SNF InFocus platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed care, business development, and healthcare technology, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and drive growth.

ResponsibilitiesManaged Care
  • Serve as a resource for managed Medicare, managed Medicaid, VA, and commercial insurance products.
  • Support managed care contracting efforts, including contract analysis, negotiations, and implementation.
  • Provide education and training to facility, regional, and corporate staff regarding contract utilization and management.
  • Monitor contract performance, reimbursement trends, denials, and appeals, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in program development and performance reviews related to managed care operations.
Business Development amp; Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and preliminary due diligence activities.
  • Develop relationships with brokers, owners, operators, consultants, referral sources, and other strategic partners.
  • Assist with financial analyses, presentations, and business cases supporting growth initiatives.
SNF InFocus Business Development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the SNF InFocus platform.
  • Identify and develop prospective clients through outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Represent Avalon and SNF InFocus at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads, build relationships, and increase market awareness.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support sales discussions and contract development.
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
  • Provide initial and ongoing customer training to ensure successful platform adoption and utilization.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer support, feedback, and relationship management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in managed care, business development, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of managed Medicare, managed Medicaid, VA, and commercial insurance products.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, facility visits, conferences, trade shows, and business development activities.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, healthcare analytics, or healthcare technology.
