Job description

JOB BRIEF

As a Labor Relations Coordinator at GreenSlate, you will support the Labor Relations team in creating and maintaining union contracts within our payroll system. You will manage contract clarifications and union contract databases, pull contracts, conduct preliminary research for incoming tickets and inquiries, monitor and route requests through HubSpot, and provide backup support to other coordinators on client and internal emails under tight deadlines. You will work closely with the Hours-To-Gross team on position and rate setups and assist management with day-to-day responsibilities. Your organizational skills and attention to detail ensure our labor relations operations run accurately for our entertainment production clients.
This role is remote within the United States.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  • Organize and manage the Labor Relations Google Folder 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of union contracts in the payroll system
  • Back-up Support to other Labor Relations Coordinators for answering client and internal emails under tight deadlines
  • Assist management in their day-to-day tasks
  • Monitor and ticket using HubSpot as coverage
  • Pull contracts and begin preliminary research for Labor Relations inquiries and tickets
  • Manage Labor Relations Contract Clarification Database and Union Contract Database
  • Work closely with the Hours-To-Gross team for position and rate set-ups
  • Including but not limited to other administrative duties associated with Labor Relations deliverables, such as data investigation and reconciliations

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration in the entertainment industry is a plus!
  • Knowledgeable with Excel and data

SALARY RANGE:

$50K to $60K
