· 8+ years of experience in project management with a track record of delivering large, complex projects

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)

· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive presence

· Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

· Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)

Desired Attributes / Soft Skills

· High character, integrity, and humility — aligned with PCG’s “Low Ego, High Competence” philosophy

· Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels

· Pragmatic, results-oriented, and hands-on approach
