About the Role


Support day-to-day responsibilities on the Influencer Marketing department, gaining hands-on exposure to how influencer and creator partnerships are sourced, managed, and measured at MCO Beauty and Nude By Nature.


What You'll Do

  • Research, track market trends and recommend influencers based on audience, niche, and campaign goals
  • Assist with giftings, sample inventory, and PR mailer send-outs to content creators
  • Support brand teams with influencers comms and outreach to secure partnerships
  • Help manage deliverables, timelines, and payment tracking for creator partnerships
  • Support special events, including pre- and post-event management


What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong interest in the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-management instincts
  • Highly organized — comfortable juggling multiple partners, timelines, and deliverables at once
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets/CRM tools for tracking partnerships
  • Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn directly from cross-departmental leaders
  • Bonus: prior experience negotiating, collaborating with, or being a content creator yourself
