Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 19.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Open availability required due to seniority-based shift bids that occur multiple times per year

Job Description: Looking for a fast paced opportunity? Join our team as a Cold Food Production Associate and be part of the operation that keeps flights moving. In this role, you will assemble and plate meals for airline customers, working in a high energy production environment where teamwork and attention to detail matter.

Responsibilities:

Plate food items according to provided diagrams ensuring accuracy and consistency Prepare ingredients for sandwiches salads entrees and other menu items following established recipes and portion guidelines Maintain food quality freshness and presentation standards Follow strict sanitation and food safety procedures Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail Wear required personal protective equipment Work assigned schedules including overtime as needed Follow instructions and production diagrams accurately Support team members to ensure operational success

Qualifications and Experience:

No prior airline catering experience required training provided Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented production environment Ability to stand bend lift and move throughout the shift Ability to follow written and visual instructions English preferred

Shift Availability: Open availability is essential due to seniority-based shift bids that occur two to three times per year. Shifts may include early morning evening overnight weekend and holiday schedules.
