Position

CSR-Driver

Hourly $18.00-$21.00

As the CSR (Catering Service Representative) your role will be responsible for the delivery of catering and equipment to all flights scheduled for departure.

Providing professional customer support to our customers. Supporting Air Fayre's daily operations, while ensuring that departure times are met without delays.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Completing billing reports & maintaining clean documentation
  • Staging of equipment & catering equipment on delivery vehicles
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of catering to aircraft on the airfield
  • Proper placement of all food and equipment in aircraft in designated areas
  • Provide customer support, addressing all questions, and/or issues in a professional manner. Ensuring our client’s needs are met
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work area & meeting safety regulations/guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Able to qualify for Airport Security Clearance
  • Must be willing to work in various climate environments.
  • Motivated, proactive in helping others, and dedicated to customer service.
  • Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, dependable with a team mentality
  • Must have a valid driver's license & able to pass a 10-year background check.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds & work in tight areas, bend, and lift above shoulder height.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends, flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
