Job Summary

Responsible for the safe and environmentally compliant industrial manufacturing operation of all equipment, control systems, associated auxiliaries and environmental compliance in an assigned manufacturing operation. Must have the ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays and to work a reasonable level of scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

  • Utilize Powered Industrial equipment to move raw materials and finished product around the facility

  • Support the coating process operators to optimize workflows and productivity
  • Develop process knowledge and familiarity
  • Successful candidate will be required to obtain respirator certification

  • High School Diploma, High School Job Readiness Certification or equivalent educational diploma
  • Six months of consistent work experience (Manufacturing or extrusion experience a plus)
  • Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the position

Eligibility Requirements
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work for POLYVANTIS in the United States on a full-time basis.
Work Schedule
  • Position will initially work a 5 day (M-F), 8-hr schedule with evenings or midnights likely
  • Eventual Rotating Shift Start Times are: 7:40 am, 3:40 pm, & 11:40 pm
  • Role may convert to a rotating 8 hr, 24/7 schedule
Starting Pay Details
  • Hourly Rate: $23
  • Shift Premium(if applicable): 15% (eve/mids/weekends)

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work Monday- Friday during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
