Tarmac.io is looking for a Channel Development Manager to grow and strengthen our strategic partnerships with Databricks and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute joint business plans with Databricks & AWS
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell opportunities
  • Develop and launch joint GTM campaigns (events, webinars, solutions)
  • Enable internal sales teams on partner programs and offerings
  • Cultivate relationships with partner field teams and leadership

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel development
  • Experience working with AWS and/or Databricks ecosystems
  • Proven success driving revenue through partner channels
  • Strong understanding of cloud, data platforms, or modern data stack
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
