Job description

L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will play a key role in helping new and existing customers secure the right insurance coverage by quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

To support your success in your first year, L.A. Insurance offers a $7,500 Employment Success Bonus*, paid out in milestone-based installments as you progress and meet key performance goals.

You'll also have the opportunity to earn $5,000 per month during your two-month training period, with the potential to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, including commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.
  • Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License in the State of Michigan.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven success in sales or experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
