Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and risks.

Educate clients on suitable insurance products and policy options.

Develop personalized insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.

Process new business applications and manage policy renewals.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding their coverage.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and ensure client satisfaction.


Requirements

Possession of a valid Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred.

Previous experience in insurance sales and/or servicing is required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive and client-centered approach to service.

Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance industry software.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and lasting relationships.
