The Ashley Waite Agency is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Insurance Agent in Training to join our Farmers Insurance team.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, working toward goals, and helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage. Whether you already have insurance experience or are bringing transferable skills from another sales or customer-facing position, you'll receive the training, coaching, and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
As an Insurance Agent in Training, you will:
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
  • Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
  • Sell and cross-sell coverage while identifying opportunities to better protect each client
  • Develop long-term relationships through proactive service, follow-up, and policy reviews
  • Work toward individual and agency sales goals
  • Maintain accurate lead and client information using agency CRM systems
  • Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and agency growth initiatives

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
