Position Overview

Infinite Ties Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and team members from the comfort of your home. While most working hours fall within standard business hours, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required in light of special community events and programs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a tailored approach to foster individual growth.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to address a variety of client challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' objectives, tracking progress and modifying plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Act as an advocate for clients’ rights and access to critical resources, ensuring they are informed and empowered to navigate social justice issues.
• Contribute to ongoing program development, evaluation, and grant reporting to enhance service delivery and meet changing community needs.
• Collaborate with local community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to create supportive networks that deepen the impact of our services.
• Engage in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities to promote cohesive teamwork and effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are facing a variety of challenges, including mental health concerns, socioeconomic barriers, and social injustices. Your efforts will be directed towards empowering vulnerable populations to navigate their unique situations, contributing positively to their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing a solid academic foundation in social work principles and practices.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to provide therapeutic services.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills that foster a supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar environment is preferred, providing you with insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in the field.
• Familiarity with social justice, advocacy, and trauma-informed care practices that are essential in serving marginalized populations.

Compensation and Benefits
