Infinite Ties Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our thriving team. Work Environment

This role operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still being connected with a supportive team of professionals. While our primary interactions happen online, you will also have the option to collaborate with colleagues in our Port Saint Lucie outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic rapport with clients to foster trust and facilitate open communication.
• Diagnose and identify mental health disorders impacting clients, ultimately developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals or couples, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
• Regularly assess client progress, adapting treatment plans based on feedback and changing needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, maintaining knowledge of the latest research in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and addiction. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the cultural and individual needs of each client, respecting their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary.
• Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to motivate and relate to clients from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or counseling environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

At Infinite Ties Wellness, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
