Position Overview

Infinite Ties Wellness is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team in Hialeah, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with patients to create a secure therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose mental health disorders utilizing thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, whether individually or in couples/groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patient progress through continuous assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that sessions remain effective and aligned with patient goals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations by referring clients to specialized services when additional support is required, emphasizing a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation for all patient interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and contribute to the overarching goals of Infinite Ties Wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our organization serves a varied clientele, including individuals facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. You will be expected to employ evidence-based techniques to address these issues effectively. Additionally, your work may involve specialized training in addiction counseling, providing further support for clients dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with Florida state regulations.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health diagnostics and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized training in addiction counseling or experience working with clients dealing with substance use and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices, especially those relevant to substance abuse treatment.
• Past experience working in collaborative teams within mental health settings, showcasing strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
