Position Overview

Infinite Rehab & Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer support among clients. Lead discussions that allow participants to share personal experiences, building a sense of community while concentrating on collective healing.
• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored individual counseling sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Collaborate on developing personalized action plans and coping strategies aimed at fostering positive behavioral change.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish specific, goal-oriented treatment plans. Regularly revise these plans based on ongoing assessments and the client’s evolving needs.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to monitor clients’ progress. Analyze treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in case consultations and offer insights from your unique perspective to enhance collaborative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. The goal is to empower them through evidence-based practices and individualized care, allowing them to flourish in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Licensure: Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is mandatory to practice in Georgia.
• Clinical Experience: At least two years of relevant experience working with clients in residential or outpatient settings, with demonstrated success in fostering client growth and development.
• Professional Skills: Proficiency in core therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is preferred, as it aligns with our commitment to providing flexible care options.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
