Infinite Solutions Behavioral Services, LLC is searching for a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. You will be equipped with the tools necessary to conduct sessions effectively, ensuring that clients receive the care they need while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to state regulations.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual goals of clients.
• Deliver outpatient therapy through individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform intake assessments and follow up with clients frequently to monitor their progress.
• Document all session notes, treatment plans, and client interactions accurately and in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate client care with other mental health providers and services, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay informed about current mental health practices, therapeutic modalities, and telehealth regulations.

You will work with a diverse client base, including varying age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors—each presenting unique challenges and therapeutic needs. Your work will impact not only the immediate mental health of your clients but also contribute to their overall wellbeing by equipping them with coping strategies and skills to navigate life’s hurdles. Approaching each individual with respect and understanding, you will foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages openness and growth.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW credentials are required).
• An active, unrestricted State of California license as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
• At least three years of experience in providing therapy, particularly in crisis counseling, and working with children and families in an outpatient context.
• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth platforms; prior telemedicine experience is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices and community resources.
• Familiarity with mental health assessments and intervention strategies.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds.
• Skills in engaging with clients through digital platforms, ensuring effective communication and connection.
