• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a wide array of clients, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Conduct thorough client intakes and assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via videoconferencing, ensuring that legal and ethical standards are met.
• Utilize outcome measures to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care with other health providers to support comprehensive client care.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your ability to understand and relate to various life situations will be crucial in providing effective treatment.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to connect with clients and convey information effectively.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and platforms for remote therapy sessions.

• A minimum of three years of direct therapy experience, particularly in crisis counseling and outpatient settings.
• Experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly valued, demonstrating adaptability to virtual counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with documentation practices that meet regulatory compliance standards and align with organizational policies.
