Infinite Solutions Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team in Pomona, California. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in promoting mental wellness through telehealth services. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing high-quality outpatient therapy to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Infinite Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to understand client needs and establish a solid foundation for treatment.
• Developing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions that may involve clients of varied ages and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your skills in diverse therapeutic settings.
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Federal and State regulations, as well as organizational policies, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
• Administering mental health assessments, referrals, and intervention services designed to promote client success and adherence to treatment.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care delivery and continuity for clients.

Your work at Infinite Solutions will involve providing services to a wide-ranging patient population, including children, teenagers, adults, and senior citizens. This diverse clientele often presents with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize your expertise to tailor your therapeutic approaches effectively, meeting clients' individual needs and fostering meaningful engagement in their treatment journey.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least three years of clinical experience in providing therapy with an emphasis on crisis counseling, working directly with adults, children, and families in an outpatient environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and video-conferencing technologies; previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating productive client interactions and collaborative teamwork.

A successful candidate may have additional experiences, such as:

• Specialization in a specific mental health area, such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or family therapy.
• Experience with community mental health systems and knowledge of local resources.
• Mastering various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
