Under the guidance of the Director of Infection Prevention, the Manager of Infection Prevention provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Infection Preventionists across the health system. Ensures consistent, high-quality infection prevention practices that safeguard patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Accountability: Directly supervises Infection Preventionists, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable for timely, accurate completion of all assigned duties.
