What are some common challenges faced by Infection Control Assistants, and how can they effectively address them?

Infection Control Assistants often encounter challenges such as ensuring strict compliance with protocols across diverse departments and effectively communicating updates to staff with varying levels of infection control knowledge. Proactive monitoring, ongoing education, and collaboration with Infection Control Practitioners can help overcome these challenges and foster a safer healthcare environment.

What are Infection Control Assistants?
