Industrial Maintenance Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, equipment repairs, inspections, and mechanical troubleshooting on conveyor systems and material handling equipment.

This position requires travel to customer facilities and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with customers and company management.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor and material handling systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment failures
• Replace bearings, rollers, belts, motors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and other conveyor components
• Perform conveyor belt tracking, tensioning, and splicing as required
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• Complete emergency breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance shutdowns
• Inspect equipment and identify potential failures before they occur
• Complete digital service reports and maintenance documentation
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all OSHA, customer, and Titans safety procedures

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Conveyor maintenance
• Material handling equipment
• Distribution centers
• Amazon fulfillment centers
• Industrial maintenance
• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Motors and gearboxes
• Bearings and power transmission
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding and fabrication (preferred)
• Basic electrical troubleshooting (preferred)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Comfortable working at heights using aerial lifts
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and emergency service calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• OSHA 10 minimum
