As a Sales Consultant at Wasatch Indian Motorcycle, you are the gateway to the ride. You will guide clients through the ultimate sensory experience, turning casual dreamers into lifelong members of the Indian Motorcycle family.


Key Responsibilities

The Consultation & Experience

  • The Guide: Welcome guests into our premium showroom with genuine hospitality. Discover their riding style, experience level, and bucket-list destinations to match them with the perfect machine.
  • Customization Visualizer: Work hand-in-hand with our Parts & Service team to show clients how Stage 1 exhausts, mid-rise bars, and premium leather seats can turn a stock bike into their custom masterpiece.

Pipeline & Dealership Velocity

  • Digital & Phone Mastery: Command your pipeline using Kenect, phone calls, and email. Follow up with leads with the urgency of a holeshot, ensuring no rider is left waiting.
  • The Clean Close: Navigate the sales process from initial handshake to final delivery with complete transparency. Introduce clients to financing options and ways to make their dream a reality.
  • The Delivery Celebration: Make the "keys-in-hand" moment unforgettable. Conduct thorough orientations on vehicle features, controls, and maintenance schedules so the rider rolls out with 100% confidence.

Community & Culture

  • Boutique Appeal: Maintain a flawless, luxury-level showroom environment where the bikes shine, the apparel is curated, and the energy is contagious.
  • Event Activation: Actively participate in dealership events, bike nights, and local rallies to fly the Wasatch Indian Motorcycle flag and build a personal book of business.

Qualifications & DNA

  • V-Twin Passion: Deep knowledge of motorcycle culture, trends, and mechanics. You know the competitive landscape and can articulate why an Indian Motorcycle stands alone.
  • Luxury Grit: Proven track record in high-ticket retail, powersports, or automotive sales. You know how to communicate valuenot just price.
  • Active M1 License: A valid motorcycle endorsement is required. You must be able to confidently handle heavyweight cruisers and baggers.
  • CRM/DMS Competency: Comfort using modern dealership software (Lightspeed or similar CRM platforms) to organize your day and track your clients.
