Job Summary
Manages key channel partner relationships and sales programs by applying industry knowledge and account management expertise within the defined territory Works independently as a primary point of contact between the company and the distributors and helps to develop channel strategies, optimize partner performance, and drive revenue growth through sales for distributor channel. ??
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts regular assessment of the performance of channel partners and distribution networks, directing resources and activities to meet revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
  • Manages and strengthens relationships with assigned distributors and customers within a defined territory, fostering strong partnerships to drive mutual growth.
  • Assits in developing more complex regional or channel sales strategies that align with corporate goals, taking into account competitive dynamics, regional variations, and partner capabilities.
  • Implements and monitors processes to enhance deal registration, incentive program utilization, and sales enablement tools across the partner ecosystem.
  • Analyzes key distribution metrics to identify areas for improvement in sales performance and inventory management, providing actionable insights for optimization. Delivers reviews and performance reports to internal stakeholders and external partners, driving transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Confers with with internal teams to ensure distributor feedback informs product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Stays up to date to interprets sales trends, partner insights, and channel analytics to recommend strategic adjustments and influence go-to-market approaches.
  • Tracks and reports on distributor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met and identify areas for further support or improvement.
  • Helps establish and implement standard operating procedures and communication protocols to improve internal alignment and partner satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
