The ideal candidate understands Agile principles and Scrum frameworks but is also flexible enough to operate in an organization that is continuing its Agile transformation. This individual will serve as a servant leader, coach, facilitator, and project leader who helps teams deliver maximum value while adapting to evolving business needs, organizational priorities, and upcoming transformational initiatives. • Partner with Product Owners and development teams to convert business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, including scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support backlog refinement and planning activities to ensure work is properly defined and prioritized.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to balance business objectives and delivery needs.
  • Guide teams through conflict resolution and promote a collaborative, solution-oriented culture.
  • Assist in requirements gathering, process documentation, and project planning activities.
  • Support testing efforts, quality assurance processes, and defect remediation planning when needed.
  • Help teams manage technical debt, refactoring efforts, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver status updates and project communications to leadership, clients, and business partners.
  • Protect teams from unnecessary external distractions while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Drive adoption of Agile practices while remaining flexible and adjusting approaches to meet the organization's current maturity level.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team structure, workflows, delivery processes, and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar Agile delivery role.
  • Experience supporting Agile development teams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, initiatives, or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and team facilitation abilities.
  • Experience with project planning, scope management, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Practical understanding of work estimation, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting.
