Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Act as a servant leader to 1–2 cross-functional Scrum teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove blockers and proactively manage dependencies across teams
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Ecommerce Execution
- Drive delivery of ecommerce initiatives such as product catalog, checkout, payments, promotions, personalization, and order management
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria
- Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with seasonal retail cycles
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles in ecommerce environments
- 2+ years of project management experience i
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer journeys
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

- Experience working in retail or fashion or ecommerce
