Patient Accounts Coordinator

We are looking for a Patient Accounts Coordinator who is detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes in healthcare operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with insurance and billing processes, and contributing to the financial success of a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Position Details
  • Full-Time
  • In-Office Position - Fargo, ND

What You'll Do
  • Process and submit medical claims accurately and efficiently
  • Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits
  • Review billing documentation and ensure proper coding compliance
  • Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims
  • Work with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist patients with billing questions and payment-related concerns
  • Support revenue cycle operations and reimbursement processes
  • Maintain accurate records and billing documentation
  • Stay current on billing regulations, coding updates, and payer requirements

What We're Looking For
