This role operates in a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions and manage your caseload from the comfort of your own home or designated office space. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, create clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Respond promptly to mental health crises, offering immediate support and intervention to clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance the treatment process.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and relevant community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and emerging best practices in the mental health field.

Our clients come from various backgrounds, facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
