Job description

Large national wholesale organization seeks Data Entry Clerk to be responsible for data entry into Ryder Logistics freight management system
 
Responsibilities:
  • Daily communication with local warehouse management
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated information. 
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. 
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort paper-based data. 
  • Transfer paper-based data into electronic format in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities. 
  • Maintain confidence by keeping information confidential. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Maintain logbooks of entered and changed data.
