As a Vice President, Program Management - Cobrand Cards in the Chase Cards team, you lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on improving digital acquisition and onboarding journeys. You bring structure, governance, and delivery rigor to partner-influenced roadmaps, collaborating across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Data/Analytics to deliver secure, high-performing customer experiences.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic cobrand acquisition and onboarding initiatives, ensuring delivery discipline and sustained outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating with Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Analytics teams; proactively manage dependencies, risks, and governance.
  • Establish clear success metrics and a performance measurement cadence for acquisition and onboarding capabilities, including application conversion, activation, early spend, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain integrated plans, operating rhythms, and executive reporting on milestones, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment with cobrand stakeholders and external partners; manage partner-influenced timelines, requirements intake, and coordination forums.
  • Support delivery of scalable capabilities leveraging API-based solutions and data integrations by ensuring clear requirements and cross-team alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned, translating insights into repeatable playbooks and enhanced execution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in financial services or a similarly complex environment, leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, with strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
  • Proficiency in project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, and tooling like Jira or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to define success metrics and manage delivery to measurable outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in credit cards or payments and familiarity with end-to-end acquisition and onboarding journeys, including digital application flows and early-life engagement.
  • Comfort operating in partner-influenced roadmaps and joint planning environments.
  • Experience with KPI dashboarding and outcome reporting using tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and test-and-learn or continuous optimization approaches.
  • PMP or equivalent certification and experience mentoring junior team members.
