Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is a fast-growing food manufacturing company committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. We're looking for an overnight Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement across logistics, inventory, and distribution. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation. This role will develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate inventory while fostering a strong team environment. 
  • Develop and implement inbound/outbound material flow strategies 
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and logistics 
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy and establish min/max stock levels 
  • Create and implement SOPs and GMPs 
  • Ensure quality standards for all incoming and outgoing goods 
  • Manage supplier scheduling and inbound deliveries 
  • Monitor and improve warehouse processes, cost efficiency, and productivity 
  • Handle inventory tracking, lot traceability, and allergen control systems 
  • Supervise loading dock schedules and shipping accuracy 
  • Address product discrepancies, vendor issues, and customer concerns 
  • Build and maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Requirements

  • Experience managing warehouse operations (pick/pack, shipping/receiving) 
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics 
  • Ability to develop SOPs and GMP documentation 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required) 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in food manufacturing

 Work Environment

  • Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and varying temperatures 
  • Moderate to high noise levels 
  • Facility may handle allergens such as peanuts and tree nuts
