Responsibilities

Receive and process inbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product conditions, and ensuring accurate receiving procedures
Accurately enter inbound inventory data into the warehouse management system and maintain inventory accuracy
Coordinate putaway operations and organize inventory according to warehouse standards and location requirements
Handle exception cases such as damaged, missing, or mislabeled products and communicate with related teams for resolution
Monitor inbound operational tickets and assist with inventory adjustments, transfer requests, and receiving follow-ups
Maintain organized inbound documentation and generate inventory or receiving reports as needed
Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required
